Bariss Offee swift recovery ability has never worked

Her lvl6 ability on a 5*, lvl70, gear8 character has a 40% chance to dispel negative buffs on each allied Jedi -of which my team has 3- and add to her turn meter. However, it has not ever worked to my knowledge.

There's no indication of it working, it just does. I've noticed barris dispel stun several times.

Same for JC cool down reduction. It "just works" right?

Can we get a visual and auditory notification when these skills proc pretty please?
