What are your raid parameters & start times?

We have the STR on farm at this point. We are North America based, so our raid times are as well. The lower raids are always started at 6pm PDT/ 9pm EDT. The STR has been launched at guild reset time previously, however, we are now discussing starting it at 7pm PDT / 10pm EDT, with a pause after phase 2 and restarting at these same times the following day. We defeated it in 18 hours on our last go around, so we need to slow it down.
