    Nope, about the only thing you can do is search for them on swgoh.gg or the forum using the ID number and hope you can find either their forum account or contact information for a 3rd party chat app, such as Line, Slack or Discord

    You could try checking the guild recruitment forum to see if their guild posts there and try to get in touch with them through a guildmate there
