Another Emporer arena question

Im running ZzEP lead,Vader,Thrawn,DT,Nihilus wuth my Vader speed at 232,I dont understand how a 191 spd Ventress under Talzin lead is going 1st.Vader with all the bonuses is around 280,Am i missing something or is my Vader not working right?My empre team lately has been really sucking.

Ventriss has bonus speed from he unique if there are enemies with no buffs. Her sheet wont be right.

Vader speed boost: (16*2)[for palp and himself]+24[for empire/sith teammates] = 56 bonus speed
56 + 232 = 288 speed on Vader at start of combat

Ventress gains 30 speed from MT lead, and 15 speed for each toon without a buff on your team. None of your toons start with buffs, so that's 15 * 5 = 75 bonus speed.
Ventress is starting with 75 + 30 = 105 extra speed. She starts with 105 + 191 = 296 speed.
