Territory war matchmaking still terrible

We are a 118m GP guild and the registered GP was 116m and we got a 133m gp+ guild as opponent! So I guess this matchmaking fix either didnt go through or it doesnt really work... btw the Rey nerf went through perfectly in raids...

    Im from a smaller guild, and were outmatched by roughly 10-15k power per squad across the board. Its quite frustrating.
