NEED HELP! Need a resistance team expert and Luke expert

I run a RJT(L), Finn, BB8, R2, and I once I get Luke he will be my fifth cadet. My problem is I have only 1 zeta right now and none of them have a zeta currently... who do I put my zeta on first?
Rey Leader ability?
Luke ability?
R2 Number crunch?
BB8 roll with punches?

Please help with any suggestions!
