zEP or ZAder lead for rancor / haat?

As per title. When running a standard empire team, e. G. Ep vader tfp thrawn tarkin, who to put as leader?

Good Rancor/Haat teams are based around either TM removal, such as Zader, or ridiculous TM gain, such as zFinn. While zEP is king of the arena right now, Vader's leader is better for raids because his turn meter removal happens 50% of the time on all damage for both sith and empire, while EP only has them gain TM if they land a debuff.
