Colonel stark pack?

Working on imperial troopers for sith raid. Was gonna spend the money for the stark pack but it’s not showing up. Neither is IPD.

What phase are you going to use Imperial Troopers in? I just got the 5th to 7*.

Tony I get good score in p1 to 3 with my imperial team. 1.6mil to 3.2mil.
