Hermit Yoda Zeta Bug - Advised to post here by Customer Support

I purchased the Hermit Yoda Do or Do Not Zeta and low and behold it doesn't work properly. I spent an hour on an online chat with EA Help, and I was advised to post about the bug here on the official forums and to add my list to the name of people claiming this bug on the EA Help forum (which I did) so as to gain maximum visibility. Is there any update on this bug? Apparently the first report was in February, and EA Help flagged it as a bug, but my representative said it is not showing to him as a known issue with the game. Thanks.
