HAAT Transition Freeze

Hello.

I went in to HAAT and solo'd P3 for the first time with my JTR team and the game completely froze during the transition to P4. All the characters were on screen, but no buttons were present and I could not nothing. I switched networks, turned wifi on, went to airplane mode and the game did nothing. Is there anything I can do to prevent this?
