Mk v stun guns still a neck botle

First of all i must to recognize to the developers the previous work they do with other items like carbanti and others to "free" them a little.
But still we have a neck bottle with the Mk v stun guns to gear up a lot of caracthers (more exactly 162 times what makes at least 8,100 of this items).
At least is my personal feeling. Dont know if the community agreed with it.
