Over the past couple months, I have been using 2 teams in the arena.
Barriss(L), KRU, Kylo & either Wiggs or Vader and Maul
I imagined both teams would be fairly good considering that they have high attack but with heal and a tank who could stun. But recently, I have keeping on a losing streak against a variety of teams, and I have been forced to spend time to pick through the various match-ups and find weak teams to get up the ranks. It's clear to me that no matter how much I love this team, its just not working in the field. But my character collection is so skewed in every which way, that I don't know how to comeback with a better team. Any advice?

Switch to Wedge lead, and use the Rebels. You might as well use level/gear the classic Rebels in order to work towards CLS. Lastly, always keep your arena team at max level. You're level 79 and your team still has characters in the 60s.

In general you would benefit from acquiring some better mods. Whenever you see a good mod with speed secondary stat for sale for credits in mod shipments, you should buy it.
All this requires quite a bit of credits. When seeing your scoundrel team, I understand, why you come up short. Working on a scoundrel team that can complete the highest tier of credit heist should be a priority for you. The highest tier rewards 3 million credit minimum, with 5 being the most common reward and 20 being the ultra rare max.

Until you have a steady high credit income, you should spend credits to develop your arena team and scoundrels only and not waste it on anything else.
Good luck with everything.
