Is Dooku Evade leadership working well?

I have used him as leader without much luck. Most of the tests are in GW. Lumi seems to make evades happen, but I wanted to ask about Dooku as some said not working, but ultimately Dooku evade should be more than double Lumi for non-Jedi's which are the core of most squads.

It is bugged and supposedly not that easy of a fix but they are working on it.

Oh...yikes. Then will have to use Lumi still. Shame I had taken Dooku to Level 7. Hopefully they will fix him.
