Now this could just be RNG, but I'm going to keep trying to see what happens. On 3 separate occasions I have purchased shards from shipments and immediately had a 5/6 on the next attempts on that characters hard nodes. Twice with Ima-Gun Di and now once with RG. This seems to happen after a bad RNG run. So I'll go 0/6 or 1/6, the characters show up in shipments, I buy them, then get a good run. Probably just RNG like I said but maybe worth a try.
