New type of store to replace gear drops

Instead of getting random gear from drops in the raid, I would rather be able to pick from the list of possible drops. For example, first place get 4 tokens and s/he can get the gear salvage/fully formed gear s/he wants. Have the salvage be constant and the whole gear pieces rotate after each raid. Tokens earned are dependant on raid tier level and where player placed. For ties, everyone gets the same amount of tokens.

I realize this is another version of the guild store, but with a twist. But I think I would prefer it over getting hundreds of mk5 furnaces when I really need stun guns and cuffs and Droid callers. Particularly Droid callers the. Which I can only get in the raid.

You can buy the droid callers in the shops though.

I'd rather choose how many shards drop from the 5-330 packs too. Random chance is a big part of the game.
