Hello @CG_Carrie, @CG_Leviathan & the others,

i just want to help out, maybe you missed it, bc of slowing our shard-gathering even more down, by replacing char-nodes for new chars. You could first fill the free nodes, for example:
Dark Side 8-B: there is only the ship-slot (JC) used, no character
Dark Side 9-C: only ship-slot used (Ghost) - no character
Dark Side 9-D: only ship-slot used (Phantom) - no character
Cantina 2-C: free
Cantina 2-E: free
Cantina 3-B: free

Executioner just went to Cantina 2G. Miracles do happen.

To the OP, they increased the number of shard you can get per hard node and removed people who in some cases had 3 nodes. Also they have been adding a lot to cantina modes and with that enegery split with mods, many players didn't appreciate that.

They also have a small segment of players who had all HN done, not sure if that played a factor or not.

Final note, they probably map these toons in some way to make sure they take some effort to get to, the cantina table opens up pretty quick.
