New mods with factions

The idea is fairly simple, some new mod selections with some of our other factions...

Chance to assist mod - these mods would allow for a chance to call an ally to assist. It would be a 4 set mod with a 10% chance to call an ally to assist on your turn. Doubled to 20% if all maxed out. Faction required to earn: Ewoks

Self repair mods: these mods would be a 2 set mod allowing you to regenerate 1% of your max health at the start of your turn. Doubled for maxed mods. Faction to earn: droids.

Chain attack: these would be a 4 set mod that would give your basic a chance to chain to a second character. 15% chance, doubled at max. Faction to earn: geonsian or tusken

Marauder: 4 set mod: every turn of battle that this character takes it gains 1% of its health, offense, defense, tenacity, and potency, doubled if maxed. Factions to earn: Sith

Plague: 2 set mod. Basic attacks have a 5% chance to apply plague, doubled if maxed. Factions to earn: night sisters

Evasion: 2 set mod: character has a 2% chance to evade an attack, doubled if maxed. Factions to earn: Phoenix

These are just a few ideas that might make mods a little more fun. I know rng seems to be avoided in mods currently and maybe for good reason, but teams also seem to be copied from rank 1 through 200.
