Balancing in TW

We are a 69M Guild and therefore we are fighting the TW in the 60-69M Frame.
We are used that our enemies are aprox.10M higher then we are but this time we are starting with 66M and our enemy is a 103M Guild?
I am Aware of the mechanic that only the force from the registered persons are counting and yes - they are playing with only 38 People. But nevertheless thos guilds do have other Teams and possibilities. And I heard about guilds who are removing mods to start in lower classes... fine. But a guild that is nearly double then ours should definitly start in their category.

Work on that balancing dudes... nobody in our Gilde wants to attend on the wars anymore. They just sign in to get the reward for the 2nd place and thats it... not a good gaming experiance
