Bug or intended?

I don't get it, my Vader's tie TM reduction keeps being resisted all the time. It's pretty annoying to be honest. The ability doesn't say anything about a % chance to remove TM it clearly states that it always removes TM.

Yes I know there's a built in 15% chance to resist however from my experience I get resisted approximately 60-70% of the time. I don't know why this is happening but it certainly causes me to lose battles and that needs some attention.

not sure what state changes will be coming in ships 2.0.

It still has to go through the tenacity/potency check and if you look vaders ship has 0% potency. Now most people use that ability on Biggs as an example who has a little over 50% tenacity so tenacity-potency= chance to resist and Biggs will resist the tm reduction a little over half the time. Other abilities can affect it as well but I'd say this is pretty much what your seeing
