Hans "just in time" bonus damage based off turn meter?

while playing though the marquee, tier 3 states that this attack deals bonus damage based off of the target enemy's turn meter. this isn't mentioned in the actual ability description. Just curious if this is a mess up, and if not does it do more damage the higher the turn meter??

I was just about to ask this as well. Reading through the ability mechanics on swgoh.gg there is no indication that it queries the target enemy for turn meter at all, like it does for his basic. As expected from the in-game ability description, Just In Time modifies damage dealt based on a query of the number of allies with a “prepared” tag excluding Han himself.
My guess is the incorrect event description is the result of a typo and lack of proof reading before release.
