TW started hour early?

I know I am not crazy, several others in guild were sure too that war started at 2pm edt, (based on tw counter) but war started hour early at 1pm.

Anyone else notice this?

It started on time here — and exactly as indicated på the countdown.

The signup phase is 23 hours, so it shifts the 2nd war to be 1 hour earlier.
