Missing shard

Today was a normal day, I was farming some GS shards from the cantina battles... I used a sim ticket, was awarded the goodies and a shard. Went to look at characters to upgrade a few things before getting off to wait for more energy... And my shards were still at 14/25 (which is a what I had before using the sim ticket)... And it's gone is how I felt. Watch your shard counts folks and let me if you encounter this too. I was bummed
