Sim options

I thought we could only sim challenges from the main challenge screen if we had completed the highest level of the challenge. I simmed the ability mats challenge for ships but had only finished tier 3, not tier 4. I shouldn’t have been able to do that.

Agree mine didn't do the highest level either. Really annoying
