Since Updates, is DN (phase 1) getting back Protection when he shouldn't?

Just noticed tonight that DN seemed to be gaining protection from my toons using a basic attack on him, when they had 0 protection! DN is suppose to steal protection and not get any if your toon has none (or doesn't have Def down).
I also don't seem to get as much damage in as I was, with same squads i have used for months.
Anyway I wanted to see if others in the community are also seeing this or if it is just me.
Tier 4 sith raid. Phase 1.

I found the same thing, but it was working in the same way from long time ago...
I didnt posted this bug cuz it doesnt involve money spent and makes sith raid hardest... so wont be fixed anyway xD

He gains protection even when using non basic attacks. He is reducing his charge ability by 2-3 even when no player has an active debuff
He is attacking multiple times in a turn. I was up to 7 basic attacks on Ezra when I finally force shut down to restart.
He is creating buffs on his basic attack when the attacked Player Character has no buffs on them
