Ok, so it starts with not receiving tb rewards. I got to ea and their website is glitched out and after (repeatedly) filling out the report it refuses to let me select the "request call" support feature. Instead of rolling out more Hans, how about fixing the issues that people have been having? The more CG does this, the better MSF looks.

The request call is only available at certain times of day.
