Possible bug

I might be missing something so I’m not reporting this, hoping any of you could help clarify.
I was in a squad arena fight, my imp troopers against rebels under Wedge lead. My starck has 233 speed, with veers lead it should be 253.
Their team consisted of wedge (L), biggs, cls, r2, rancor han solo. Han had 223 speed and after his initial stun that starts off the round, he still got a turn in before my starck. Bug or am I missing something?

Han would have gained 10% tm on critical hit.

Wedge lead grants 10% TM on crits, wich allows for a slower han to go before your starck.
