AI adjustment

Where would I send a request for AI adjustment?
On Home One, the first thing it do (if any ship got damage before the capital ship's turn, as it is 100% the case), It performs Seize the Advantage instead of Defiant Volley. Defiant Volley is both defensive (as it gave prot up for assisting allies) and offensive, and should be performed first especially in the beginning turn under the current 3 ships begin setup (as 2 of them will get prot up). Credt to alphario73 for this section.
Ackbar does his heal on first move no matter what even if all my ships have full health and some/most still have protection. He should do his Aoe if that's the case but doesn't. Thrawn does his Aoe if none of his ships are in the yellow for HP and that's how Ackbar should work also.
