Sith Raid P2: Does Darth Sions pain buff on himself count as debuff?

Hi folks! Does anyone know if Darth Sions pain buff he applies on himself count as debuff?

    It does. Fox will always crit with basic, zeta Zeb will not do bonus damage : pain debuff counts as a debuff in the sith raid p2
