As someone farming him for the last month, i strongly disagree. They shouldnt add people to shipments, only new toons, otherwise its ridiculously unfair on those whove spent months getting them.
FYI, hes not great for the top of arena, his speed boost doesn't take droids above poe, so doesn't make much difference, and your droids do naff all damage without HKs leadership.
Hes also got the highest intelligence of all of my toons (even at 3* where I've got a few 7*) yet can't use special damage. Doh! He does reach gear 9 at lvl70 tho.
