XP redistribution shop?

Since a lot of posts talk about "the credit crunch" and people are stagnant at lvl70 since it is the top... What if when you were at the top level, XP could be converted to money/sim-cards/(something). It wouldn't have to be a lot, but with the daily login and XP rewards basically being useless for so many people - could be a way to keep some of those lvl 70 players interested until the 80 cap comes. Just a thought, plus everyone can use some extra credits!

Maybe an automatic switch instead of an actual "shop" because that would take awhile to develop...

I'm no where near max level but that sounds good like a milestone to push you forward so you can achieve something instead of just everything going to waste
