Territory war not showing up for some people?

Couple guildmates never had the recent territory war showing up for them. Is anyone else having this issue?

Lol, bro they probably forgot to sign in and don't want to be kicked from the guild, so they're saying it didn't show up. TW is over and won.

Ok, there is no "sign up", because the preview phase where you sign up is tomorrow..... What I would like to know is if other folks are seeing a countdown to the preview phase.... I see nothing

Check the June calendar and there is a day break between the two events. Sign up begins on the 14th.
