Players who didn’t receive rewards should get the extra rewards others got.

Please don’t close this thread due to it being redundant or repetitive... This thread is in response to crumb’s post about not taking away rewards from players who received extra and getting the players who didn’t get any rewards their rewards... first of all, if you don’t receive rewards in this game at the same time as others, you are being punished. This game is all about the timing at which you get rewards. Second, if some players are receiving extra rewards, the rest of the customer base should receive extra rewards as well.

100% agree. But it won’t happen.

Not everyone got those extra rewards.

Missing rewards by a few days in the scale of this game is not a punishment. It means almost nothing over the years timescale of this game.

Yall say that until Hermit Yoda and Wampa are required toons for some future legendary event at 7*, and you're 5 shards and 400 GEC away. Ill take all the GEC i can get.

That is dependent on the rewards and timing. It is possible that getting rewards a few days late maybe the difference between getting Jtr this time or next. Which puts you months behind. That makes it hard to find a guild doing heroic sith, which means fewer gear 12 toons, longer to get Traya, lower tb and tw rewards and so on. Obviously everyone plays for different reasons and what is significant for some isn't for others but it is unreasonable to simply dismiss someone else's feelings on such things.

Mods and devs should really keep in mind that the gambling aspects of this game can cause unhealthy addiction to it and unexpected "punishment", reduction in value or loss of rewards can cause a psychological break.

@Kyno , why are you always minimalizing the punishment some players get? Just because in your opinion it’s not a big deal, doesn’t mean it’s not a big deal to customers trying to keep pace with other customers... please let ea/cg do its own defending and start a new thread if you want to complain about irate customers complaining about an unfair business practice.

The odds of you missing out on very rare content by 400 GEC are extraordinarily low. And more to the point, the odds of someone else getting that rare content thanks to an extra 400 GEC while you missed out are even lower.

as a customer, i have a fair understanding of whats going on and simply making an observations.

The odds of you winning at the lottery or the casino are really low... of the guy next to you gets to pull the slot machine lever and yours jams.... you’re gonna want a pull... I know it’s not totally relevant to the issue here, because we’ll get the rewards eventually... but if you’re gonna talk about odds, there’s a chance... and that chance gets taken away... cg/ea doesn’t need players defending them... let them respond and keep this thread to customers that were punished... thank you :)

You won't miss RJT because of not having 400 GEC. The shards you need don't come from there and 400 GEC doesn't get you any essential gear that you'll fail without.

Surely the simplest would be to give everyone double rewards like they did to those that got double by accident already?

And you could miss out on jtr... that’s the point... don’t minimize that because you feel like it’s a small chance... any chance is a chance... I have a chance at better gear if I score higher in the raid... how would you like it if when you scored number 1 in the raid it gave you 5 instead? You might actually get better gear at 5th... who knows? But it’s unfair... and that’s not cool, even if it’s a small chance... when someone cheats, whether it be on a test, on a spouse, or in a game, it’s cheating... period... and when someone gets a better chance it’s unfair... period... yes the degrees at which someone cheats or gets rewards matter, but it doesn’t invalidate the fact that there’s cheating or unfairness, as is the case here.

Maybe that would be the simplest... but it’s still unfair to customers...

Actually a 15th dark ship ship gives you 50 crystals, that could lead to one more refresh that could make the difference between a 6star toon and a 7star.

So I was a person that did not receive rewards and I am perfectly fine with how they handling it. Stuff happens, things glitch all the time. As a person that works in customer service I understand this. They are going to make it right by giving us what we earned. Might be a few days late, no big deal.

400 GET is not worth getting so upset about. Stop stressing. As the song goes, dont worry be happy

People getting upset about getting punished isn’t worth getting so upset about... stop stressing, don’t worry, be happy now... no need to post this... there’s plenty of paid employees that can respond to the customers’ complaints... thanks though :) maybe you can drop off some flowers at cg/ea :)
