He is suppose to have a 30% counter chance and doubled to 60 when maxed, just wondering if anyone else is seeing him actually counter or not. So far I think in the 100s of fleet battles I've played since 2.0 he has countered 1 time. Not sure if they missed a 0 when writing his code but wanted to check here before posting a bug report.

He never counters. It’s a myth. The AI counter attacks 100% of the time though
