Who should get my first zeta?

My main team is a phoenix team, geared with level 9-10, all 7* ofc, completely maxed except the zetas. And for a long time now I thought giving Kanaan the Zeta is the best decission.

Now I‘m rethinking it... I want to focus on a sith team for arena next, cause phoenix is inferior compared to them. Should I give the Zeta to a sith character that I‘m gonna push through in the next weeks?

I planned my sith team with EP, Vader, Nihilus, Thrawn and I‘m unsure whether to take Sion or Savage opress...


So, anyone has some tips for me?
