Revert 5's omega ability

Remember when 5's would almost always counter-attack twice on enemies who initially didn't have speed down because his attack applied the debuff before dealing damage, and that was really OP way back in the day? Since 5's is no longer anywhere near a top character, why not revert to the original way his omega was done to make using him a little more fun? It's not going to break anything, is it? Might even give him some viability in TW.
