Heroic Pit freezes up at end of solo

For the second week in a row, after soloing Heroic Pit, the game freezes up on a black screen and I'm forced to reset the game and settle for 0 points. Going to help has been futile as they don't understand how the game woŕks. Anyone else experiencing this. I've cleared cache, updated everything. Uninstalled, re-installed etc.
