The Galen Initiative is looking for players that are not quite Heroic Sith Triumvirate Raid ready, but are making the raid a priority and farming/gearing/modding teams for the raid. We are easily knocking down T4 in well under 48 hours - T5 takes about double that. We are looking for members who can be counted upon to do their daily attacks and take the raid seriously.
