Would KRU work in a Rex team?

Need some advice on which tank to gear for a Rex team between KRU and Kenobi. KRU would be nice since I can double dip in fleet arena and am working on my FO squad for other areas of the game. On the other hand Kenobi's kit just seems amazing when compared to KRU. Does anyone run rex/kru together and how well does it do?

I don't know if you meant Old Ben or GK but either of the Ben's > KRU

KRU is not that useful, his ship AI sucks and unless you're 3M gp and are just making a team for TW then I'd use one of the Bens.

Or just use Nest...
