Mods aren't maxed so lots of lost set bonus for extra health etc.
Zebs potency is brutally low. I'd swap the cross mod from Ezra with Zeb's. That'll give him 20% more give or take. If you have some, a pair of 4 or 5 dot potency mods will give him another 5-10% depending if they're level 15 or not. Doesn't matter which slot, as long as you keep the +potency cross from Ezra on Zeb.
Only other option would be finding a potency mod cross that has +potency as it's stat. That would be ideal.
