Confusing Tarkin
Greetings,
I'm confused about Tarkin's leadership ability.
The first part I understand. "Empire Allies gain X speed."
It's the second part of the leadership ability that confuses me.
"Inflict Defense Down and Expose for 2 turns on enemies that fall below 100% Health during Empire allies' turn."
Here's what confuses me. If enemies fall below 100% health, Doesn't that mean they're dead?? If so, then what good is inflicting defense down and exposing on enemies who are dead??
Can someone explain this to me?
