Ships PvE at lvl 60

So I just hit lvl 60 on my alt account, yay I can start playing ships! Yay, I get new missions to farm ...
NOT!
Problem ... one of the new dailies now is that I have to finish three Ships PvE battles, not participate, no win them! I just hit lvl 60 ... I can't beat the first node yet ... because I do not have the resources to upgrade my ships enough yet!
Now I cannot finish the daily, I cannot gain more XP from finishing all dailies and am losing out on crystals!
Major oversight here CGEA! Let the daily if it has to be put in on lvl 65, by that time people will have better ships. We do not all whale out you know!

I did very little with ships, it's really just a backup if we need 600 and so I can see things from a different perspective.
