If you can get some more gear on Hera and Ezra do it, 7* is a kitten to do on lower gears, ideally g9 plus a couple but the more you chuck on the better.
Speed to Ezra, then Hera, the Sabine. Potency on zeb and prot health on kanan.
Didn’t check your skills but omegas on all uniques is a must.
Using Sabine instead of chopper makes it very very rng dependant, it took me nearly 100 tries to clear it, kill order is very important, so make sure you have watched the videos. Don’t give up and just keep trying it’s honestly the hardest legendary to get in the game, but worth it!
