Character shipment placement broken -- issue

There is something broken with how characters are hitting the shipments store. In the July 11th content update, in the release notes were that Rose and Holdo were being removed from chromium packs and shipments. This did not occur -- Rose and Holdo still have a shipment slot all to themselves.
Also, in the release notes from yesterday, they added L3-37 and Young Lando (and Range Trooper) to chromium packs and shipments. These were both placed on the shipment slot already holding Young Han, Vandor Chewbacca, and Qi'ra.
This creates a problem for those of us who spend money to acquire characters. Here is the issue:
1.) Rose and Holdo were not removed per the release notes. This is using up a shipment slot for other new characters.
2.) Enfys Nest still has a shipment slot to herself. That was fine originally, but people who had enough crystals to buy her from shipments will already have done so (4 purchases a day at 8 average is enough to have her finished by now). If they have not, then they won't mind her only showing up half as much (probably because they are still farming the crystals necessary).
3.) We now have 5 new characters all on the same shipment slot, 2 of which are farmable as of yesterday -- Young Han, Vandor Chewbacca, Qi'ra, L3-37, and Young Lando.
The whole point in spending crystals (money, to you developers) is to speed up the acquisition of the character. With 5 characters on the shipment slot, and an average of 8 character shards per shipment, it will take approximately 33 purchases to get the character to 7 star. On a shipment slot with 5 characters, it will take approximately 41 days to buy the character to 7*, which is about the same amount of time that it will become farmable in. That is not worth it! For comparison, on a shipment slot with 2 characters, it will take 16 days.
I was planning on buying L3-37 with 22k crystals from shipments. That's around $150. I will not be doing so with the current setup. You are hurting the people who are spending with a mistake like this. Please fix this as soon as you can.
