Hello,
I’ve got a question: My friend has an iPad and there its said it has to load 7 MB. He has good Internet but it stays at 0 from 7 MB.If you know maybe what’s the problem could you answer me,please?

    maybe he doesn't have enough storage on his iPad to download the required MB. Try deleting some old files.
