Growth modifiers when the number of stars increases

I would like to understand how to know how much the attributes:
  - Strength Growth
  - Agility Growth
  - Intelligence Growth

They will increase with the increase in the number of stars.

For example, my CC-2224 "Cody" has the following attributes:
Level 45
Stars 3
Strength Growth 2.6
Agility Growth 4.0
Intelligence Growth 2.2
Power 1690

After evolving to 4 stars the following information appeared:
Strength Growth (+0.7) 2.6
Agility Growth (+1.0) 4.0
Intelligence Growth (+0.6) 2.2

STR +31 = 45 (level) * (0.7)
AGI +45 = 45 (level) * (1.7)
INT +27 = 45 (level) * (0.6)

Power 2028 (+338)

Where did these modifier values (+0.7, +1.0, +0.6) come from when I went from 3 to 4 stars?
Strength Growth (+0.7)
Agility Growth (+1.0)
Intelligence Growth (+0.6)
