Issue with the store - Emperor’s Finest

Are the Emperor’s Finest packs new? I started in late November 2017 and am a whale/kraken. I’ve bought nearly every pack like these that have been offered; however, today is the first day they’ve ever appeared in the store. I’m sure it’s because of the event today, but we’ve had this event before and they’ve never shown up before. I would have bought them if they had. This isn’t the first time this has happened either, packs not showing up for me. My troopers are all 7 stars already so now I don’t need to buy them. Since the store is one of your main sources of revenue, you may want to look into this (assuming these packs aren’t new - if they are, just ignore my post).
