Tried to change time zone, no response

So I just moved 14 time zones and asked for my game to be updated to my current time zone, not once, not twice, but three times and it’s still not changed. Today I received an email asking if my problem has been resolved, I received another response telling me how to adjust my time zone in my iPhone (yes really). All this and my payouts are still 14 hours off my current time zone.

    Open another ticket, and escalate it, that should get you to a specialist. That should get it solved.
