Jabba the Hutt
Dark Side, Support, Scoundrel

Basic: Deal physical damage to target enemy and inflict speed down for 3 turns. If the target already had speed down, gain 30% turn meter and foresight for 1 turn.

Special 1: Grant all Scoundrel allies health steal up, critical chance up, and critical damage up for 3 turns. Bounty Hunters who already had one of these buffs gain 75% turn meter. Inflict healing and buff immunity on target enemy and have a 50% chance to call each active Bounty Hunter ally to assist, dealing 20% less damage. (Cooldown 3)

Special 2: Dispel all debuffs from himself and all Bounty Hunter allies and grant target ally Crimelord’s Orders until the end of the battle. Crimelord’s Orders can’t be copied, dispelled, or prevented. (Cooldown 3)
Crimelord’s Orders: Unit gains +50% offense, defense, max health, and counter chance.

Leader: All allies gain +20 speed and recover 10% health whenever they score a critical hit. Jabba and Bounty Hunter allies gain defense penetration up for 2 turns whenever they fall below 100% health.
When Jabba is in the Leader slot, and not the Ally slot, the following Contract is active: Contract: Deal damage to any one enemy 10 times. (Only Bounty Hunter allies can contribute to the Contract.) Reward: All Bounty Hunter allies gain +25% speed, health steal, and counter chance for the rest of Battle and their Payouts are activated.
ZETA: Jabba and Bounty Hunter allies gain +5% max health (stacking) and 15% turn meter whenever they attack out of turn. At the beginning of their turn they recover protection equal to 50% of their health.

Unique: All tank allies gain 100% defense, recover 50% health, and are forced to taunt for 2 turns whenever Jabba falls below 100% health. Taunt and heal can’t be prevented. ZETA: Another random ally will also gain 100% defense, taunt for 2 turns and 50% health. Jabba gains stealth for 3 turns whenever an ally taunts. Jabba can’t be critically hit.

    He’s a legendary character that requires five scoundrels at a minimum of five stars to unlock.

    Note: He himself is not a Bounty Hunter so he doesn’t have a payout and can’t contribute to the Contract. Also he can give himself Crimelord’s Orders unlike Hermit Yoda and Masters Training.

    I feel like he shouldn't have a basic that deals damage, and instead either heals or gives a random buff to an ally, like Hermit yoda.

    Hutts were known to deal deadly strikes with their tails. I was thinking he could slither up to the enemy and slap them right in the face with his tail.

    didn't know that, but still, it would be more in line with his character to be more of a manipulator of the field, giving out healing and other buffs.

    Lol, love the speed down on the basic. That slimy hutt would definitely slow you down ;)
