I don't really know how to answer your question... You're really all over the place. You need to pick a focus and stick to it. You've got a good start on Troopers, who are a great later-game squad for guild stuff and super fun to play, but they won't help all that much with your progress through the game right now. You've started Phoenix; if you want Thrawn and EP, you need to throw all your resources into those 5 and ignore all the new shinies for a while. Don't even spend the credits to activate new marquee characters until you've got two (one LS, one DS) very solid, well-geared squads with some synergy. And try running Empire toons with Vader or Veers as a lead, plus a Rebel squad (Ackbar, Fulcrum, SRP, Chirrut, Old Ben or Lando) to get you through Galactic War.
Best team you can make for where?
Most beginner to mid-game players level up Phoenix (Hera, Zeb, Kanan, Ezra, Chopper) which does alright in arena and pretty good in Galactic War too. The team can be used to unlock Emperor Palpatine and Thrawn, it’s good in Territory Wars, and great for Territory Battles. Right now a team that you have which only requires a bit more gear before you can use it in arena is Imperial Troopers: Veers lead, Starck, Rangetrooper, Snowtrooper, and Stormtrooper. They are very fast and gain lots of turn meter, making it hard for the enemy to catch up, but they are easily beaten by several teams.
Like what nobodyfromjakku said, you need to focus on whatever characters you’ve decided you’ll work on. Right now you’re spread out with Rebels and Empire and Bounty Hunters and everything but you should really focus on one dark side and one light side team for now.

You can activate marquee characters, they’re only 100 credits which is extremely cheap.
So right now you don’t have a good squad. I can’t say what your best one is. You’re going to have to choose a good squad, and then focus on building it up. I recommend you start with Phoenix and on the side gear up Rangetrooper and Snowtrooper so you can try to run a trooper team.

Thanks all who has helped me. The video was neat. I think that I am now going to focus on troopers and a rebel team. Also lightly work on ep and a with team. I am also 81/145 shards for Han so that will be fun
