Total slots on defense

Anyone know how total slots per row are calculated? Normally we need to set 19 to 22, but this time was 25 and took us by surprise. 75M guild.

    Options
    It's half of the lowest number or total players of a guild. Example, your guild has 50 members sign up your opponent has 40 it'll be 20 defensive spots.
